TecnoMetal
presents UTA, the modular new
Air Treatment Units,which are identified singly with the
flow rate in thousands of cu.m/h.
The TecnoMetal UTAs with their modular sections are solely custom-made
to precise customer requirements and service
system solutions.
Aluminium section frame,die-cast corners and sandwich panels with
polyurethane foam acoustic and thermal insulation, always
with TecnoMetal reliability, quality and safety.
The inner structure is in galvanised plate but may be made in stainless
steel for specific applications.
The constructional types are vertical,
horizontal or stacked, while the finish
may be in galvanised plate, pre-painted plate, Perallumann or stainless
steel. |

The single sections of the TecnoMetal UTA
are made to contain specific components:
• Forward or backward-bladed
double inlet centrifugal fans for low and
high pressures;
• Cushioned motor-fan unit inside
the containing section;
• Heat exchange coils;
• Flat, bag, “absolute
” filters;
• Single or double-pole electric
motors.
The UTA are fitted with relative
adjusting and measuring instruments on
request.
Each TecnoMetal UTA Air Treatment Unit comes
with:
• Working drawing of the machine
(assembly and single sections) with
the characteristics of the relative components (technical and
dimensional
data);
• CE certificate for the electrical
parts;
• Maintenance handbook.
